I originally took yoga teacher training during a season of life when I needed something just for me. As a stay-at-home mom raising children with special needs, yoga became a space where I could breathe, reconnect, and come back to myself. I never intended to teach—it was simply something my heart was calling for.
But as life often does, the path unfolded naturally. A friend asked if I would teach, and I began with just three people in my basement.
What I discovered surprised me. When I started teaching, I found myself intuitively creating classes that met people exactly where they were. I could feel what the room needed and guide students in a way that helped them experience real shifts—both on and off the mat.
Today, my classes are practical, supportive, and focused on helping people feel progress in their own bodies. Strength. Ability. Confidence.
Because when people feel what yoga can do for them, they begin to trust themselves—and that’s where the real magic begins. ✨
