Do you offer variations for plus size people? Also, for people with chronic pain?
We do have plus size people attending now as well as people of different abilities. I always offer the wall for support and explain that nothing is mandatory, so sometimes you will see people take a seat or stand up and shake out their legs. It’s very relaxed and open to make it safe for you to do what works for your body. I talk about that throughout the class. If you want to try a drop-in first and see if you like it that’s an option too!
Do you have drop in availability?
Yes, we do! Some classes fill up so drop-in closes for those. You can check the website each week, and if there is a spot, it will let you register for the class.
Would a person be able to attend one class before registering? I am interested in a yoga class, but want to be sure it's right for me!
Yes, absolutely! Just give The Bullpen a call first to make sure there is space on the day you decide to come! Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket and your water. Hope to see you there!
Is this class for seniors?
We have seniors in all the classes - there is a variety of ages, body shapes and sizes, and abilities in all the classes.
