Classes will be indoors at The Bullpen Sports Complex
Postpartum parents and their baby(s) from 2 - 12 months
Gentle yoga, strength, and mobility exercises you can do with your stroller
Helping you rebuild core strength, release tension, and boost energy.
Strength, mobility, and posture work for everyday parenting.
Baby stays close while you move.
All in a relaxed, judgment-free space with other parents.
You will need a stroller (does not need to be a running stroller), water, comfortable clothes, and indoor shoes.

In this 60-minute virtual Reiki session, we will discuss your needs, and I will provide distance Reiki.
You will need a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Make sure to drink water throughout the day.
After you have had your initial virtual Reiki session, Reiki can continue virtually or in person, depending on your needs and preferences.
In-person sessions are offered in the comfort of your home in St. John’s and the surrounding area.
