10 yoga classes - Labour Prep Mini Yoga Series with Tara

This Mini Labour Prep Yoga Series is perfect for busy women who are overwhelmed with opinions and information and just want to get out of the head-spinning mode and into action with short, fit-into-my-day body + mind prep for their labour.

Classes are 20 minutes each.

Each class is designed to prep your body and help you learn something that you will actually use during your labour.

  • Reduced stress
  • Lower risk of interventions
  • Lower risk of complications
  • Increased confidence

You will need:

  • A yoga mat
  • Yoga block or large books (2-3 to stack)
  • A towel or blanket
  • Yoga strap or long scarf
  • The decision to start preparing yourself for birth!
