Who it’s for:
Postpartum parents and their baby(s) from 2 - 12 months
What to Expect:
Gentle yoga, strength, and mobility exercises you can do with your stroller
Helping you rebuild core strength, release tension, and boost energy.
Strength, mobility, and posture work for everyday parenting
Baby stays close while you move
All in a relaxed, judgment-free space with other parents
You will need a stroller (does not need to be a running stroller), water, comfortable clothes, and indoor shoes
