Classes are designed for you and your partner together.
If you miss a class, you will get access to all the material, activities, and recordings so you can stay on track.
Be prepared to move! We are preparing your body for labour (and your partner for the marathon of supporting labour), so these aren't classroom-style classes. You will both be more comfortable moving through labour if you practice now!
Things you will need: a yoga mat (one for you and one for your partner), pen and journal, a long scarf, and yoga blocks.
I will give you a list of other things you will need for a calm labour and delivery.
